Paul has a vast experience in coaching spanning over the past 21 years. His experience ranges from working with beginning athletes to high-performance athletes. He has 5 years of experience coaching in the National Ringette League. He is passionate and dedicates his efforts in supporting the growth of the sport. 
Paul perceives team sports as a fundamental building block to long term success in life; a sound mind is built on a strong body. He has great avidness for the new partnership with Parkland School Division and My PATH in supporting young athletes to pursue and excel in their passions.
