This year, we’re bringing in National Ringette League athletes from the EBG Rush to give you expert instruction and insider tips. Whether you're looking to refine your shooting skills or get comfortable with checking, these sessions are designed to take your game to the next level.

• Checking – Master the technique and become a stronger, smarter player!

Who’s Instructing?
Your coaches are real-life NRL Rush athletes, currently balancing their passion for Ringette with their academic pursuits. They bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a whole lot of excitement to each session!

Location: Tri Leisure Center

Dates:

• Friday, December 27, 2024: Arrive at the North rink at 6:45 PM / Ice at 7:45 - 8:45 PM

• Sunday, December 29, 2024: Arrive at the North rink at 5:45 PM / Ice at 6:45 - 7:45 PM

• Monday, December 30, 2024: Arrive at the North rink at 5:45 PM / Ice at 6:45 - 7:45 PM

Age Group: U12
Type of Training: 3 On-Ice Training & 3 Guided Warm Up and Cool Down Sessions

Camp Preparation:
First Day of Camp: Please visit the welcome table that will be set up at the entrance to the rinks.

Bring your water bottle, a light snack, ringette equipment for on-ice training and gym attire for warm up and cool down sessions.
